All delegates and delegations are advised that an emergency late filed (ELF) resolution has been submitted by the San Mateo County Bar Association pursuant to Art. II, Sec. 6(c) of the Conference Rules. The resolution has been designated ELF-1-2011 and has been posted for consideration by delegations, and for the submission of counterarguments. Any delegate or delegation may submit a counterargument by emailing it to admin@calconference.org no later than noon on September 15, 2011.

The CCBA Board of Directors will decide at its meeting on September 15, 2011, whether to permit the late filing and to schedule the resolution for consideration at the 2011 Conference. If the Board denies the request, that denial may be appealed to the Conference itself.
